Return & Refund Policy

At Emusicmart, we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please review the policy below for details.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests will be accepted within 2 hours of placing the order.

After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as the order may already be in processing or dispatched. In such cases, additional charges may apply for any attempt to intercept, halt, or return the shipment.

If the order has shipped, it will fall under our standard Return & Refund Policy.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, you are eligible for a replacement or a full refund.

  • Change of mind (buyer’s remorse): Returns for reasons other than defect or error may be accepted, but a 25% restocking fee will apply.


Return Authorization (RA)

  • A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns.

  • Please contact our customer support team to request an RA within 15 days of delivery.

  • RA numbers expire 7 days after issuance. Items returned without a valid RA may be rejected or subject to additional fees.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund or replacement, returned products must:

  • Be in original manufacturer packaging and securely packed.

  • Be in new condition with no signs of wear, damage, or tampering.

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and parts.

  • Have security seals intact (if applicable).


Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • If replacement parts or items are available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

  • If a full replacement is not available, we may provide a partial refund or store credit.


Shipping Costs

  • Customer responsibility: Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping refunded: We will cover return shipping costs if the item was defective, damaged on arrival, or shipped incorrectly.

  • Customers may choose any trackable carrier for return shipping. Please include the RA number on the package.


How to Start a Return

  1. Request RA: Contact customer support within 15 days of delivery to obtain your RA number.

  2. Pack Securely: Place the product in original packaging, include all parts, and write the RA number on the package.

  3. Ship Back: Use any carrier with tracking to return the item. Keep proof of shipment for your records.

  4. Receive Refund/Replacement: Once inspected, we will issue your refund or send a replacement as applicable.
