At Emusicmart, we strive to provide a hassle-free return experience to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your product, we’ve made it simple to return it. Please follow the steps below to return your item and receive a refund.
Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests will be accepted within 2 hours of placing the order.
After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as the order may already be in processing or dispatched. In such cases, additional charges may apply for any attempt to intercept, halt, or return the shipment.
If the order has shipped, it will fall under our standard Return & Refund Policy.
Conditions for Return
Defective, Non-Defective, or Mismatch Products:
If the delivered product is defective, damaged, non-defective, or doesn’t match what you ordered, you may request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 15 days of the original delivery date.
Return Authorization (RA) Required:
Products can only be returned with a valid RA number. To request an RA number, please contact Emusicmart customer support.
RA Expiry:
The RA number expires 7 days after it is issued, so please return your product as soon as possible to ensure timely processing.
No RA Number:
Products returned without an RA number will not be processed for refunds and may incur additional fees.
Restocking Fee:
Products returned due to buyer’s remorse (non-defective) will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Criteria for Issuing a Refund
Before shipping your product back to us, please ensure the following conditions are met:

Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Condition of Product: The product must be undamaged and free from defects like dents, scratches, cracks, or missing parts.

Security Seals: Products with a security seal must be returned with the seal intact and non-tampered.
Note: Processing returns may take up to 15 business days from the time we receive the product.
Defective, Missing, or Non-Defective Units
If you receive a defective product, missing parts, or want to return a non-defective product, we will address the issue in the following ways:

Replacement of Affected Units: We will replace defective or missing parts.

Partial Credit: If a full replacement is unavailable, we will offer partial credit for the affected units.

Non-Defective Returns: Non-defective items may be returned subject to our return policy. Shipping and restocking fees may apply.
Note: Replaced items are not eligible for additional credit.
Shipping for Returns

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the shipping charges on returned products, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Refunding Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be refunded in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Return Carrier: You may choose any carrier for returns, but we recommend a carrier with tracking for delivery confirmation.

Pack the Product Securely: Ensure the product is in its original packaging and meets the return criteria. Include the RA number on the package.

Ship the Product Back: Ship the product via your preferred carrier and make sure to get tracking confirmation.

Return Confirmation: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund or replacement as applicable.
