At Emusicmart, we are committed to delivering your music gear and electronics quickly and safely. Every order is carefully packed and shipped with insurance for added protection.


Processing & Delivery Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Delivery Time (U.S. only): Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.


Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship only within the United States.


Shipping Costs

  • We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout (additional charges apply).


Packaging

  • All orders are shipped in plain, secure packaging for privacy and protection.

  • No product details will appear on the outside of the package.


Signature Requirements

  • For your protection, all orders valued at $250 or more may require a signature upon delivery.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your shipment.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@emusicmart.com.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
