Novation Launchkey is an intuitive and fully integrated MIDI keyboard controller designed for making tracks in Ableton Live and with external equipment. It's suitable for players of all types and abilities, offering various musical creation features that remove barriers to creativity. The Launchkey 61 MK3 includes eight Scale modes, three Chord modes, and an arpeggiator with a mutate function to explore new melodies and patterns. Custom Modes, programmable via the Novation Components browser-based tool, allow you to design controller behavior, control assignments, MIDI routing, and pad color.

This model features a full-size five-pin MIDI DIN output for connecting to a wide range of MIDI devices. It's equipped with larger, improved velocity-sensitive pads and eight fixed rotary knobs for hands-on control. Integration with Ableton Live is seamless, with dedicated controls for Capture MIDI, track arm, quantise, click, and loop. Beyond Ableton Live, Launchkey also integrates fully with Logic Pro, Cubase, and Reason, and offers out-of-the-box functionality with other DAWs like Studio One and Pro Tools via HUI.
